We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with any tags or protective seals still attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items or items purchased using a discount code of 30% or more
  • Worn or damaged items

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
