âś… What Qualifies for a Price Match?

We’ll match the advertised price of any identical item.

The item must be:

  • The same brand, model number (SKU) and Specification (e.g., size, strap, colour).
  • Brand new, unused and in its original packaging.
  • In stock and available for immediate dispatch.
  • Listed in GBP (ÂŁ), inclusive of VAT.

❌ What’s Not Eligible?

  • Items from auction sites or marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace).
  • Products listed by sellers outside of the UK or shipping from overseas.
  • Special offers: clearance, bundles, vouchers, loyalty rewards, or limited-time flash sales
  • Price errors or obvious misprints

đź’¬ How to Request a Price Match

Email us at customerservice@watchstoreonline.co.uk and include:

  • Your contact details
  • A screenshot or link clearly showing the competitor’s price, product availability, and retailer name.
  • The date and time the offer was seen. 

We aim to review all requests within 1 business day.

đź•’ When Can You Request It?

  • Claims must be submitted before purchase or within 7 calendar days of your delivery date
  • If approved, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to verify all price match claims and decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.
